Links

Here is the start what I hope to develop into a list of other very useful links to other wine and food related sites.

Wine Bloggers:

Jason’s Wine Blog – A solid source of info on everyday to nicer bottles of wine.  Jason’s been at this for awhile and has compiled a great archive of notes and a participatory following.  He’s located in Northern California and frequents both Trader Joe’s, K&L Wine Merchants and amongst other wine sources.  His palate is agreeable with many.

Viva la Wino - This site is run by a guy in Southern California named Jeff.  Fine French wine seems to be his real forte but dabels in other appelations.  If he doesn’t like a wine you’ll know it.  I like his writing style and presents what seems to be good info on French wine (not my strong point).  Good source on Trader Joes’ wine, but a great source on what’s going on in the Wine Section of Costco.

Trader Joe’s Wine Compendium - One of the old school blogs on TJs wine.  It’s updated semi-regularly and a source for brief reviews of TJs’ wines.  I have not tried many of the wines he’s reviewed, so I can’t speak for his palate.

Food Blogs

Food Nuts – Great group from Southern California who like sharing food experiences in a down to earth way.  A site great for all who enjoy food and wine!

Living Trader Joe’s - Once you work at Trader Joe’s you begin to quickly see repeat customers, all the time.  Trader Joe’s is more than a food store, it’s lifestyle thing.  For those who are looking for new ideas and info on Trader Joes’ products, including some wine, check out this blog.

My Trader Joe’s List - This site’s niche is highlighting the healthy foods to be found at TJ’s. What a duo, my site about selecting the wines of TJs and a site to guide your food. selections.

Wine Cellaring/Tracking

Cellar Tracker - a great site for those who start amassing enough wine where you begin forgetting what you have around.  It’s also has a really nice discussion board and lots of reviews of wines.  I think my favorite part is being able to see the wine collections some users have…where do I come up on that kind of money?!
