Why this Blog
My name is Matt. This blog has neither been approved or sanctioned in anyway by Trader Joe’s. Most of the wine is being paid for on my own dime and 100% on my own time. All opinions expressed here are solely mine.
I want this site to be inviting to both experienced and new winos alike. I hope to differentiate my site from others by not just reviewing wines, but sharing wine knowledge. How are you supposed to understand a ‘number’ or ‘letter’ rating if you don’t have a widening base knowledge of wine? This site is that solution.
Trader Joe’s has many consistent labels and new wines arriving all the time; I hope through this blog conversations will be started and contributed to on this forum and others; including in Trader Joes’ stores. This blog is designed to help guide your educated wine purchases in the Wine Section of Trader Joe’s and discuss our common interest(s) in wine.
I’m located in the San Francisco Bay Area which means not all wines will be found across the greater United States.
**This blog will only get better and more relevant with your active participation through comments and conversation contributions. I don’t want to be the only educator, but rather the conversation instigator.**
